I'm a Delhi girl - born and bred in the city - who's always on the move but has never lived anywhere else. I write, I edit books, I travel, I think, I sing and dance, and I walk around city streets like a homeless person sometimes. I love history, fine food, furry creatures, old buildings, and nature.
In August 2016, I moved to Bombay to work and live an independent life away from the confines and comforts of everything I'd called home for 25 years. Determined to contribute my two cents to the never-ending debate between Delhi and Bombay natives on which was better, I was observant from my very first day here. And it did not take me long to fall in love with the vibe and culture of this city, which, though in stark contrast with that of Delhi, grew on me in a matter of days.
This blog is an attempt to chronicle the unique experiences of a Delhi girl living and loving in Bombay, the city of dreams and the city of extremes.
